Gabrielle and Allan were amazing to deal with from the beginning to the end. We had them install netting on a pond at our place and it turned out better than we expected. Allan Gray installed our Just Covers Premium Leaf & Debris cover in May 2020.  This is one product that worked precisely as advertised!

We did not use the pool during the winter (spa once).   Today I pulled the cover back and the water was crystal clear.  Our deep end in 2+ meters and one can see clearly to the bottom.   

With the new cover this year, no leaves, dirt, etc., got into the pool, unlike last year when the filter was overwhelmed.   I had to clean the filter only once all winter as it wasn’t getting dirty.  

Just Covers makes a great product and provided great service - I highly recommend them!

We had our safety net put on by JustCovers in 2016 when we just had our our little one. Dealing with JustCovers was excellent throughout. Net is easy to put on / off and the dark blue net is good to the eye.

I love my Premium Pool Cover! I think it is probably one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. It's been on now for 7-8 months and Pool chemicals are down, pool pump less used, cleaning the leaves / debris off the top is a breeze; it takes seconds unlike the hours per week I use to have to put in to get the leaves unclogged from the system, and to remove the cover for a swim is easy. Such great customer service and an awesome product to go with it. My pool couldn't have been in a worse spot for leaves and debris having several massive gum trees around it. Cleaning the pool was just a headache, I was at the point where I would have preferred no pool at all! The pool cover has now been on it for over a week and I have my pool back (sparkling clean) with very limited maintenance. A quick use of the leaf blower gets all the leaves off it. I couldn't be happier with the cover. Can't recommend these Just Covers more highly!

Our experience with Just Covers was extremely positive and we were very impressed with the customer service. From our initial enquiry, we had a quote within 24 hours and our pool net was installed 3 days later! Absolutely horrifying experience. We had a safety net installed in Perth and it completely wrecked our pool, with the company absolving themselves of responsibility. We have been left with a wrecked pool and no safety net. Customer service was lovely until there was a problem and then they have been rude and aggressive. Safety nets are so important, just do not use this company.

I contacted Just Covers for a pool safety net, since we have a pool and young children. Our property complies with pool safety regulations by having self-closing doors and gates, all with latches high from the ground, so does not need a pool fence (which would not fit in our back yard). However, we needed a last line of defense because children are fast and even if we're all out in the back yard together, they can get into trouble. Actually, knowing my kids, even a pool fence wouldn't be enough to keep them out (judging by the creative ways they're bypassing the child-proof gates inside the house).
I received an indicative quote over the phone, the workers came and worked efficiently, and the result is terrific.
