K.M. Smith really exceeded our expectations and provided professional service that was second to none. At a sad time when not much is making sense, they just took care of every detail leaving us to properly grieve both privately and publicly. They deftly took care of unexpected little problems that came up and we felt comfortable enough to trust them to do what they do best. Like ducks, they ensured everything looked smooth and elegant on the surface while they paddled furiously beneath the water working hard for our huge family. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

We could not have been more impressed with their professionalism, caring and dedication to making everything run as smoothly as possible. Trish, our director even moved a very special street full of traffic to allow the funeral cortege to pass through unhindered.
