needed to purchase some stationary for a course.. product range was limited but good price. store was clean and tidy. Not a lot of customer service or registers open to have a quick shopping experiance. overall good price but service is very questionable

I have shopped in this store over the years and it has been what you come to expect from a Department store. On my last visit however things had gone downhill dramatically. I was terribly disappointed about the conditions I found in the store. The shoe section was disgraceful. A trip hazard with so much stock on the floor and not on the shelves. Other areas were presentable but the baby section obviously needed the shelves to be restocked. I left the store and would think twice about going back there to shop.
