i went there to order several urgent parts. they didn't have them in stock but they kindly offered to deliver them to my house later that day. i paid on the spot but when they delivered later that evening they were missing several parts - which they had no explanation for. so i had to purchase these parts elsewhere and when i went back several days later for a refund (couldn't do it over the phone?), stood there waiting for 40 minutes and then was asked 'what were they supposed to do with (my) extra parts?'

I got a refurbished computer from here, and great helpful staff were there to assist, and at great value for money too! Also later got a modem for cheaper than anywhere else. Staff were friendly and helpful, just amazing for a small local business!
