We have bought a few things from them over the years, and I find the manager to be very friendly and honest in his opinion, he wont sell you a more expensive product just to make more money the way some sales people tend to do. We had trouble with our GPS we bought there, outside of the warranty period and the staff went out of their way to help us. I cant speak highly enough of their service. Their prices are perhaps dearer than what you can find in Adelaide, but their staff are great.

This shop i have dealt with for warranty on my stove and used there electrician and found the manager to be a bit rude. I have bought two heaters from here for winter and the price was cheap. The staff are friendly.
