Ordered and paid for a pair of boots total cost $118.66. Received them today WRONG pair total rubbish. Emailed them no response. Totally pissed of. Give me my money back or send the boots I ordered

I would not recommend ever shopping with Kaeho. They took my money out of my account waited a month to ship and then shipped me the completely wrong shoes

They are the worst company, I had a funny feeling too, I should have gone with my gut feeling. I have been checking my account and haven't seen anything as of yet but I am keeping an eye on it. It makes it difficult that I can't find a contact number for them. Keep me in the loop if you can :)
Just to follow up Georgia, the shoes came today (about a month later) and they were not the right shoes- a cheap designer knock off, not even close to the same style, and definitely not leather, which the ones I ordered were. $70 down the drain! A least no sign of unauthorised amounts on my account so I guess I will have to cut my losses!!
Wow very late! Yes they sent me a cheap pair that was nothing like the ones I ordered either, so terrible. They haven't taken any out of mine either so I am thinking to do the same as you and just leave it at that but is really is so appalling of them to charge so much if they know the shoes are so cheap and nasty and not the right ones. Thanks for sharing your experience with me I will be sure to let people know to not shop with them haha
Was trying to find a certain type of sneaker online (as dragging 2 toddlers around with mum trying on shoes is exhausting). There are so many dodgy online stores around, but this one is based in Australia, have a great selection, easy processing & payment options and were quick with postage. I also got a little treat sent with my shoes - a chockie bar!
