Wish I'd seen this post before I ordered.

I wish I had seen this website before ordering . I have had exactly the same experience as below . I ordered my product almost a month ago . I’ve reached out three times to follow up without a response. I’ve just escalated to PayPal and am going to report to the social media outlets as a scam business. I like to support local but will think twice after this.

Approximate cost: $50

NEVER order from this business. Placed an order and once confirmation email was received did not hear from the business again. Followed up via email and social media numerous times and eventually received a response (over a week later) saying my order would be shipped that week. Still haven’t received anything. I’ve emailed requesting a refund and for her to cancel my order. Still no response. Would not recommend this headache to anyone.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Scam. Have taken money, been waiting 3 months for product. Not answering messages or emails. Blocked from social media.

Please please please don’t purchase from Kaide & Co... not only will you wait weeks for your product, when you email asking for a time frame you’ll get ignored for days on end and eventually after you have to contact fair trading you get sent a very mediocre quality item. Awful customer service, actually appalling. Love small business but this was a massive let down.
