I always try and support local businesses - I cannot fault the craftsmanship of what they do however after 6 months or being treated like crap by this salon my patients has run out. They keep you waiting when you do have an appointment - I waited 40 mins, on another occasion when I did attend and get my appointment they shuffled me between two technicians so they could accommodate one persons shopping followed by doing half the job, then leaving to pick up her kids from school being shuffled back to the original girl again. Then I made the first appointment for the day (10:00 am) they simply failed to turn up. I was waiting out on the street for 15 minutes, trying to call the salon number, eventually giving up. Sometimes it doesn't matter how good a job you get, when you are treated this poorly you need to find another provider. I have done this and recommend others follow suit - this is a competitive industry and those salons that believe it is OK to treat their customers in such a shoddy way do not deserve their clients hard earned money.
