Kalinda Jade performed 8 virtual piano lessons very poorly to my two daughters in April 2020 without having her own piano to teach them, asking them to play what they already know, how to play with some theory words with no practical notes to accompany them. Also she didn't use the piano book that she gave them!! When I complained and asked her to suspend the remaining lessons until the "in person lessons" become available, she decided aggressively to cancel the remaining 20 lessons and issued a refund of less than half the remaining money paid in advance!! She did not appreciate that we accepted the virtual lessons instead of "in person lessons" which our contract in March 2020 before the pandemic stated, also she did not appreciate the fact that she joined 2 lessons at once to make it each fortnight instead of weekly for her benefit and to my daughters disadvantage. She let the other teachers think we were complaining against them, which was not true. My advice to any parent is not to fall into her traps and never deal with her business.
