They have stopped answering phone calls. I cannot get through to find out progress.

Factory Direct’s consultants should be aware of the Council Regulations if they are coming out to your home to give advice. They came to our home, gave us advice and after we paid the deposit and a further instalment, they said the council did not approve what we agreed on. We had to cancel the contract as it could not be done and we expected our deposit back minus council costs. They wanted to reduce the deposit by an additional $650.00 for Sales Commission and Admin fees. There was no sale therefore there should not be any Sales Commission. It took 6 months and we had to go through ACCC to get back our deposit. We very strongly do not recommend this company. VAnder

Awful company to deal with wished I'd paid extra and got another company instead, can't tell you how disappointing it is to have a patio lay on the ground for over six weeks

Had patio and shed done looks nice but patio wasn't finished off properly easy fix but still waiting to be done. Shed put in wrong spot we have to live with it and they only offered 150.00 off the bill for a mistake they made.

We had a carport installed. We are very happy with the workmanship, we required a modification, which required the manger to come out. This was done and the carport is great.

We had a carport and patio installed and cant believe the change it has made. Once we had shire approval they had it installed within the week. It looks great and was a good price
