Saw Kambos online website had the Phillips air fryer for sale @ $250 on Friday 2/10/15. So I ordered one straight away and paid with my credit card on the same day. Checked my order status the following Wednesday 7/10/15 and it was still showing 'pending'. So I rang the contact number provided on Kambos website and the person from the online/dispatch section who I spoke to told me that I had to validate my delivery address by providing my photo ID and utility bill. I was reluctant to do so as I have never come across this validation practice for online purchases and also Kambos already had my credit card details and so what happens if my personal ID information got misused/mishandled? However I compromised, and I provided a photo of my driver licence but blackened out the spaces where my birthday date and signature are shown. Then Kambos online got back to me and said they are going to cancel my order! 
So for any of you that are thinking of buying Kambos products online, PLEASE BE WARE of this practice, maybe better to take your business elsewhere to save headaches & issues later on!

I was looking online for a tv. Kambis website was easy to navigate and ordering online was stress free. Kambos offered the best prices and free delivery. Placed my order on Sunday night and my tv was delivered on the Thursday, with regular emails advising me of the shipping process. an overall great experience.

Really great pricing that is hard to beat. Was very unhappy with aircon installation though. The cowboy they sent to install it (installation was included) tried to make us pay him more on top in cash, wanted my keys to come back into my home to fix something while I was at work and was rude and made a mess. To their credit they arranged someone else to come and fix the unit which was faulty but really they should not contract people who are like that. The second guy was great!!

The store stocks small appliances, to whitegoods, tvs and even cooking utensils! Hard to find a staff member to help because there aren't many on the floor.
