Every time I’ve made a booking, I’ve turned up and there is no record of my appointment and the person I’ve booked in with isn’t even there on that day.They don’t take client’s phone numbers. The price for exactly the same cut/color can vary by up to $50. And there is a massive staff turnover.

Visitor to area - had hair 'done' in Kingscliff 'salon' who totally wrecked my hair. Called Kaos for HELP - Sunny answered the call, said she could help - and did the most AMAZING repair of a dire situation - 3.5 hours of absolute professionalism - my most sincere thanks to Sunny and the Owner for really caring.

I made an appointment for Thurs 15th just gone. I spoke to a man a couple of days before. The hairdresser that usually cuts my hair Tom I was told has left. The fellow looked at the style and said that will be $49.00. Fine so he books me in with a hairdresser for 10.30 when I arrived she was doing hair extensions. Regardless of all that I just wanted my hair cut. I had the photo on my phone showing the front, sides and back of the head. The woman was lovely but wasn't looking at the photo much. I'm extremely upset about my haircut. Too short on one side and not shaped properly.

We found the girls in the salon very polite, their customer service was great. We did not have to wait . The young girl that trimmed, thinned and styled was good at her job and had a pleasant personality
