Absolutely disgracefull came here with my friend and her two kids and one of them didn't play but she still had to pay $7.50 for her being 12 years old they wouldn't do a refund the toilets were filthy and the food from
The cafe was terrible never again has gone so downhill over the years and the rude staff need to learn customer service

Brilliant my kids love it and I love the fact there is a baby section so the little ones don't get trampled by the bigger kids there is so much for the kids to do and play with and the food is great, the centre is clean and the staff are very friendly best part is its very cheap

James Merry Christmas to you and your staff.Food always great value, center always clean, love the jumpy castle, kids always given rules at the door and staff back up the rules to keep the kids safe and parents happy. If you have a playgroup give the cafe a call James has always looked after us.I have told our families to come and tell you how much they love the playcafe too.

Came for a free play with our playgroup. First time to center. Things I liked about the place was the baby area, clean, big and open. The staff are great at keeping it just for small children and babys. I liked the menu buger was great and also the friut and cheese plate. The center has a wide range of toys around for the 3-5year olds on the ground level. I also liked that they are so giving to community groups to offer free play time as a gift. We will be coming back with the free pass you gave us. Thanks for a great day out

My kids love it and always want to go there when asked what to do. My 6 year old daughter has had her birthday party there the last 2 years - great value for money and very friendly staff!

I have been a regular of this playcentre since i was young, then taking my younger siblings and now my own children. It has never been in better hands than it is now, it now has happy friendly adult staff who keep an eye on what is happening in the centre. The food and coffee is great quality and very well priced. and they have kids menu options which include fruit which is always a winner in my eyes. Well done to them!

Went today to see how the new owners have done with the place. Wow first its cheap entry and we got a free Easter show bag for each of the kids to do at the table. Coffee is so much better now and the staff are adults and they make sure they kids play nice. Didn't eat but the menu looked affordable. They have all new equipment around the center. I would say perfect for 9yrs and under. Love the 80's music brings back good times. If you haven't been I would say give it a go we will be back. Afternoon price is only $4 so we will go again these school holidays.

Had not gone for such a long time, but when i saw the new sign go up went and gave it a go., The staff James and I think his wife Larrisa were lovely. Took the time to chat and tell me all the changes and what they still plan for the playcenter. The baby area is so big and roomy and they have a new area for children with disabilities but my three played in the area too. Food is still cheap but much better now. The kids played for hours and I loved it.

Went to drop my son to a party on the weekend, was so suprised at how much its changed I stayed with my other kids, must say was very happy to see how much the place has changed. Everything was clean and bright and it smelled fresh.The food and service was fast a friendly.The kids loved it :) Baby area is so big a the glass pool fence makes it a welcome change to the caged look of other baby areas. Will be back to book a party soon. Thanks guys for changing my mind from the old owners. I cannot believe its the same place well done.

A good way to wear out the kids during school holidays especially when the weather isn't great. This venue is old and equipment requires updating and repair. There are better play centers around to choose from.

It's a fantastic place to take the children. They have a huge play gym and lots of activities for the very young to the older children as well. They have a cafe' there too which sells drinks and hot and cold food. They have a room for childrens parties also.

PARENTS BEWARE!!!!!!

Booked party for primary school aged children on a Friday night this was meant to be 3 hours of use of the play equipment finished off with a disco...only to find out that this venue after dark on a Friday turns into a hangout for underage drinking, smoking and general bad behaviour but is billed as a “under 14's disco”!!!! While the owners believe they make every attempt to make the venue safe...they are ill equipped to provide a safe venue for all patrons. It is unacceptable that what is marketed as a family venue turns out in the owners words to be "a place where troubled kids can hang out" and “that I am a snob and should be happy that my kids will know how lucky they after seeing this", this is what I was called after questioning the set up . I don't disagree that these kids were troubled who were lining up to get in I witnessed firsthand the smoking, drinking, swearing and overtly sexual behaviour of the supposedly under 14's but what I object to is not being informed of the evenings true demeanour. At 6pm when parents dropped off the kids it was empty by 7.30 about 150 kids were lined up around the corner waiting to get in and at $8.50 for entry for the “DISCO” the owners are making plenty of money!!!!!! I WOULD NEVER GO BACK OR RECCOMEND THAT ANYONE SUPPORTS THIS BUSINESS TRULY JUST A MONEY MAKING SCHEME FOR THE OWNERS

The play centre is old and in need of some updating.. the centre itself looks dirty as soon as you walk in and the equipment is well worn and could do with a general overhaul to keep people coming back. The staff were friendly tho and offered all that you need
