After having so much trouble with getting a hair cut right i stumbled across this little shop loie dod a excellent job on my hair i liked the way he used th s issors

I went here once, and that was enough.
It was around last year i visited her, i asked the lady cutting my hair "Please don't cut off the length, this is how i want my hair." etc. etc. I came out of that store with the worst hair cut, she didn't listen to me, she gave me a front fringe which is what i didn't want, she didn't give me layers like i wanted, she barely touched my hair.
But the week after i got another hair cut and they were able to give me the haircut i wanted with the same photos and references i gave them for the haircut?
The people that work here are incompetent and so rude.
I haven't been back and don't plan to.

I always look forward to going to this salon as I am made to feel so welcome. The staff are really friendly and I love the way they do my hair. The head massages are the best!!!
