Karyn was recommended to me, as my usual computer man was away. She came out on time and fixed my laptop. I had trouble with a virus and couldn't do anything on it. She was friendly, efficient and very thorough (a very nice person). Karyn also had a look at my computer, as I had a couple of issues with it as well. Felt very comfortable with her in my home. Took about two and a half hours.
