Architecture is all about precise measurements. It's NOT the case with KATDESIGN Group!

We engaged with KATGESIGN Group to do a building design for an extension of our existing house. We've had so many troubles with this company - these guys made so many mistakes along the way - up til the end of the building we were discovering discrepancies in their drawings with the actual building and had to make adjustments along the construction process and lost a lot of valuable livable space. No proper measurements had been done prior to initial drawings hence all the problems during the construction.

We had to be checking their drawings after each amendment because every time we were to find that changes had made prior to an amendment would disappear. Very disorganised and inaccurate!

We paid them for their "professionalism" (they are not cheep) which they are definitely lacking of.

Also, it's very hard to get hold of them especially if you need their advice urgently - there is only one way of communication and they would get back to you only if they consider it being important to them.
