About Katherine

Katherine Ralston is a provider of Kinesiology, Dowsing for Health, Crystal Healing and Spiritual Readings. Based in Mount Barker in the Adelaide Hills in South Australia, consultations are available one to one or via remote healing sessions.
 

Katherine has been trained in several different branches of Kinesiology as well as other complementary modalities, both in Australia and overseas. She has blended elements from each of these approaches into her own unique approach.
 

In addition to your consultations, Katherine provides her clients with a home support program to ensure that you receive the optimum benefits of the treatment and continue the process of change.
 

What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a complementary medicine which combines western techniques with eastern wisdom. Muscle testing is used to identify imbalances (such as structural, biochemical, emotional/mental) and to find what corrections are needed to restore balance, health and wellbeing.
 

Corrections can include meridian therapy, bodywork, stress release techniques, energy healing, vision exercises, nutritional and lifestyle counselling, to name just a few.
