Terrific repair of our new car after it was reversed into.
Greg did all the insurance calls, advised of progress, - booked in and was back in quoted time - looking & running perfect - and had been completely detailed prior to my picking it up.

My car had been run into when parked, and although the offender contacted her insurance straight away, the NRMA was (mistakenly) trying to charge me excess. I was therefore somewhat stressed and was very thankful to Craig for putting me at my ease and for his efficiency throughout the process (he sent a progress report at every stage). The car, which was thoroughly cleaned as well, hasn't looked so good in years!

OMG such amazing customer service. I was up from Sydney to organise some of my fathers car insurance and they were able to see me on the day I was in the mountains with no notice. Craig was not only a lovely kind person but he also offered to drop us back to Blackheath to get my car. Fantastic service and would recommend them to anyone.

These guys really helped me out. Its not really in their business description but someone smashed my car window & no one locally could fix it for a week (it was urgent), so i was referred here. They done the job the next day & only charged half of what everyone else had qouted.

i had to take my car in here twice as a result of accidents and i can't recommend these guys highly enough! not only was my car detailed and cleaned inside and out but they also fixed my broken mirror at no extra charge!
they will pick up and drop you off if needed and nothing is too much trouble .... this attention to service is something that other businesses should take notice of!

I had to take my car here when someone (and a kangaroo) ran into me. They were fast and efficient and did good quality work. They even drove me home!!! They also helped out with the towing when a friend had a car accident.
