My daughter, who is extremely thin and tall and typically wears a size 6 to 8 in clothing, recently had a profoundly disappointing experience at Kayrouz Bridal. If you're not within a certain size range, I wouldn't recommend stepping foot in this store. Despite our excitement to explore their collection of Berta wedding gowns, the reality was disheartening on many fronts.

To start, the gowns were only tailored to fit a thin frame. In fact, the previous store had to clip the gowns significantly to make them smaller.

Furthermore, the pricing of the gowns was astronomical, especially considering the poor service and limited options. It felt like we were being pressured into making a purchase, with pushy staff hovering around and pushing for a sale rather than genuinely assisting us in finding the perfect gown.

While the showroom itself was undeniably gorgeous, it was a stark contrast to the unwelcoming atmosphere within the store. The manager, who appeared to be in complete control, came across as mean and unapproachable, further dampening our spirits.

Adding insult to injury, a $100 fee for simply trying on the dresses. This exorbitant charge, coupled with the locked doors upon arrival, created a sense of exclusivity that was more off-putting than inviting.

Moreover, the strict no-photos or videos policy was a major inconvenience. In an age where sharing special moments with loved ones is cherished, this restriction made it difficult to involve family members who couldn't attend. This policy stood in stark contrast to all the other bridal stores we visited, where capturing memories was not only allowed but encouraged.

In the end, what should have been a fantastic day of wedding dress shopping was marred by the unwelcoming atmosphere and lackluster service at Kayrouz Bridal. My daughter's eagerness to try on a Berta wedding dress was overshadowed by the disappointment of our experience in this store.
