Absolutely terrible! I went to the Pomona showroom in March of this year to arrange a wc and cistern replacement for our en suite. They said they would get a plumber to phone and make an appointment to call. STILL waiting!! 4 months later. And yet I see their ads in the local paper seeking business!

I was last week threatened (by a Director) with possible legal action if I were to write a negative review, therefore I will not be reviewing KBL in full as I would have preferred. I always attempt to support local, family business, but in this case and in my opinion, KBL did not live up to my expectations and I strongly believe they need to work on their customer service and especially their communication skills. Their product (so far) is acceptable, however the installer scratched my newly refinished timber floors, even after I expressed my concern and suggested he put a protective cover down prior to commencement of the installation. But, because they demanded payment in full prior to installation, I now have zero recourse for compensation for my scratched floors. I will NEVER use KBL again nor would I ever recommend them to anyone!

Approximate cost: $1600

Had a terrible time with this company for my renovations, at the end I was left dissatisfied with the service.
