we bought a $4K plus second hand piano few month ago from KC and that was good value. They even gave us a new chair after two month of purchase. I would say the staff know their equipment very well/sincere/passionate and most importantly reliable advice given to us was just great.

I live in Adelaide and phoned KCs in Melbourne . A guy called Josh answered with advice on whether to buy a new Yamaha Clavonova 501, 503 or 505, or second hand 305. He was well informed, patient, courteous and effective.
The prices were significantly better than all the stores in Adelaide and others in Melbourne. We ordered and paid for the 505 online and the unit was delivered within 5 days.
Everything was absolutely perfect.

The guys at KCs know their stuff and you can find someone to ask about guitars and keyboards and other accessories. The prices are also really reasonable.
