Decent Indonesian food at reasonable prices, the beef ribs are great, sometimes the food is not warm enough though

Went as a group of 10 people. Most of us ordered the Lamb rib rice. It was to-die-for. Very well marinated and for the amount of ribs they serve, it is far cheaper than the lamb rib in a steakhouse. Root beer float is a must try, I dont think you can get it anywhere else in Melbourne. Nasi lemak is good too and so is the pecel fish. Their satay beef ,chic and lamb speaks for the name of the shop, it is much chunkier, aromatic and comes with a hint of charcoal-ness as compared to satays from other shops which are either fried or just just grilled on a stove.

Approximate cost: $12

The food is always cheap and delicious here. Great for a lunchtime feast.

Lots of the menu features slow-cooked, hearty dishes.

Staff are fast and friendly.

Recommended for well priced, decent Indonesian food.
