on two occasions we have experienced very average customer service by the same saleswoman one would think when spending in excess of $40k both times that they would be more polite. In all instances stay away from Leisha .

Like some of the previous reviews, stick away from them when it comes to servicing your car here. Had my 2013 Isuzu D max in for its 30,000km service, was rung late in the afternoon advising me that the car wouldn't be ready as they have found an issue and would give me a call when they could asses the problem, 20 minutes later they rung advising me that the rear hub seal in the rear axle had failed and that it would cost an extra $450 for labour ($137per hour) however I was tried to be sweetened by them saying that Isuzu would be covering parts as the vehicle was still reasonably brand new. I was also insulted by the staff and management with their and my mechanical knowledge (I'm not a mechanic but I have some mechanical knowledge) yet they tried to say it was mud that had caused the issue. (a seal is there to prevent mud and dirt entering and oil exiting) so clearly a parts failure and all costs covered under warranty. Needless to say I have been to another authorized Isuzu dealer and they have fixed it under warranty no questions and even had a special tool manufactured to fix my vehicle. If you do buy your vehicle from here ignore their warranty spiel as they do not live up to it.

Warranty wasn't explained properly before i bought the car. i live on the Gold Coast and i bought my car from Springwood and it's a 40 minute drive up there and another 40 minute drive back. I got the warranty book in the mail after i bought the car saying i would have to service my car with them or lose the warranty! They have nobody on the Gold Coast for me to use and its REALLY out of my way and borderline impossible for me to take my car up for servicing. If i had have known this i would have bought the other car i was looking at on the gold coast in Southport. REALLY ANNOYED.

I have purchased over 50 cars from different dealers over a period of time, I have never felt the experience to be that wonderful on most occasions, most dealers are stuck in the 80's with predictable selling strategies as if all from the same sales school. Come on guys, catch up! It's 2014, you may think your doing well but how many buyers walk away and never come back? Well this week was refreshing, Phil at Keema Springwood did everything better, he actually took interest in why we chose the car we were looking at, ...point of difference, not pushy, spoke in a relaxed manner, did not have the typical glazed eyes of 'I must sell a car now', .. We were only tyre kicking on this visit, but ended up buying. Of course the obligatory after sales rep came in after, add on selling to get those extra $$$$ from you for warranty, window tint etc' , pleasant lady, robot scripted presentation from the 80's, but did a good job. At least she didn't annoy like most do. Seriously think dealers need to re think the add on selling method. Overall, Keema on this visit gets 5 stars, tanks Phil !

Do yourself a favour and steer clear of these guys - big time! I don't know how they ever sell anything at the Keema Hyundai Springwood dealership. My husband and I decided on a Kia Optima used car on their lot. I started negotiations with the sales staff there and was left for 3 days (including the weekend) to hear back about a price I have offered. Rang them on the Monday to find the staff I was speaking to had gone on holiday and not handed my details over to anyone to followup. Great sales skill that one! After several calls eventually spoke with management staff who asked what price we had left negotiations at and when told did not believe me and told me the very best price they could do was $70 dearer than what I'd been told. The management staff said I'd have to wait til they could get hold of this staff on holiday to verify our agreed price. All this for the sake of $75! Seriously, do they really want to sell something? They also said they'd get the finance staff to ring me ... never happened. Gave them the flick and found a better deal, even with transport costs from interstate, with absolutely no hassles and great service from the interstate company.

I went there to buy a new car. I was going to do a trade. They totally insulted me with an offer for my car. I sold my car privately 2 days later for $19000 more than there offer Now Im cashed up looking for a new car.

Steer clear of this car yard. We have had nothing but problems and their service department is atrocious. Latest debacle is that the gearbox in the 2 yr old car with under 50,000km is shot (the car has a 3yr, 100,000 warranty) - and they are trying to refuse to fix it under warranty advising us that 'Great Wall doesn't pay warranty'. Hello - the car came with a warranty therefore you are required to fix it under warranty!!! Save yourself some angst - stay away!

How awsome an experience in buying a vehicle. I wish to recomend this group to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle... See Steve James. He understood the need for quiet reserve in making such a huge financial decision and was beyond all that i could have hoped for. Thankyou Keema , Steve, Anthony and all the hardworking boys at Keema.
