It is usually possible to see the doctor of your choice within a week. After hours appointments available, and someone will see you if you come early and are prepared to wait. I have been able to see a doctor quickly in an emergency.
Nurses available to do appropriate procedures on site (eg. injections) and usually a representative can take blood samples on site.
