Whether dropping in for a sweet treat and a milkshake for the kids, or staying a bit longer for lunch, I have found the service at Keith's to be friendly and the food to be lovely. Recommend the vegetarian stack and the gluten free Baci cake.

We went on our deal and we brought a voucher for 2 people, 3 course meal for $69.
We got there and were seated, we got the entree (garlic bread) we then ordered our main my partner ordered a steak medium cooked. When it came out it was like jelly, they had cooked it for maximum 3 minutes it was blue, we asked if we could get the steak back on the hot plate for a bit longer, the waitress took the steak then came back and said that the chef had thrown it in the bin and would cook another steak, this meant we couldn't eat together 30/ 40 minutes later it finally came out after i asked twice. He said it was tasty when he finally ate it.
Also whilst we were waiting for the main another couple were seated and tried to order 5 drinks and got told they didn't have those drinks tonight.
We then got told we had to get out of our seats to see what desserts we wanted from the fridge !
We made our decision and went and sat down again 15 minutes later the waiter comes over to tell us that the lady who took our order has just popped out and "what was it again", i repeated myself once again and we finally had our desserts. By this time i couldn't wait to leave, we went to pay for our drinks and the lady behind the counter made a mistake on the eftpos machine so had to process the payment twice!.

NIGHTMARE !!!

Staff are always helpful. The views are amazing to grab a bite to eat. The menu isnt as big but it is decent priced and nice food. The coconut prawns are delicious!

Keith's is always friendly and relaxed, with great service, amazing views over Manly harbour, park and Marina.
