Staff very knowledgeable, helpful and interested, was given great advice as to how to toilet-train my puppy when I'd tried almost everything, I've bought dog beds and treats there. great.

They are always very helpful, lots of products and fish, you can pat rabbits and guinea pigs. Sometime slow to be served. Always lots of pets and does some great specials.
