Dead-set, these clowns couldn't organise a fart at a curry eating contest. I should've stuck with Bunnings - it's a mistake I won't make again!

After speaking with staff from the store to ensure the product was in stock, I placed a click-&-collect order online. When I turned-up to collect my order 3hrs later I was told that the order couldn't be released because the person who had to 'release the order' wasn't working that day, & that they would't be in for another 2x days. Great, huh?
Then, 2x days later, I turned-up 30mins before the store closed only to find the doors locked. Through the windows I could see the staff milling around the front counter so I banged on the glass & pointed to my watch. One staff member shouted at me that they were closed.
After repeated banging, someone eventually opened the door & I told them I wanted to collect my order - I could see it still sitting at the counter - so they bought it to the door, where I signed for it & took possession. The staff member then mockingly & rudely wished me a 'lovely day'.
