Like several other reviewers we ended up with Ken Graeme because the RACV roadside assist didn't include free towing to our own mechanic. We were very pleased and surprised at how quickly the car was repaired and the pleasant, cheerful service we received. The price was reasonable, fair and well explained. We have since returned to them for some other work and will see how this goes. Possibly they will become our mechanic of choice. We have been with our current mechanic for 30+ years so this choice is significant and will be considered carefully. I'd recommend Ken Graeme based on our current experience.

Ended up with a duff battery QB weekend, rang the right number and was on my way in 25 minutes. Exemplary service from the tech. involved.

Very disappointed with this business. Was towed after I broke down by this business after calling RACV Roadside Assist. As an RACV member I had the right to be towed the car to my own mechanic who was less than 40 km away from my vehicle, I was never given that option. I was then given a quote for a new alternator of $550, the option of a cheaper second hand alternator was never mentioned. Talking to Terry, our mechanic at T & G Mechanical Repairs in Korumburra the next day, he went out of his way to source a re-conditioned alternator within the same day and saved us $270. I phoned the Mechanic in Mirboo Nth to book in for us to bring the second hand alternator and have it fitted the day after I picked it up in Korumburra, telling them we live 55 km away from Mirboo Nth, we would bring the car at 10am after school drop off and wait until the alternator was fitted and then take the car back with us, which the receptionist agreed on. On the booked day to have the alternator fitted we were told that there was no record of a booking made and it could take all day as they had other clients to look after, we agreed to leave the car until 2 days later, when we picked it up instead of receiving an apology for the car not having been fixed when we booked it in a week earlier we got greeted with "oh it's almost part of our furniture now..". Very disappointed with the service of this business and the unprofessional behaviour towards customers.
