Bought a new car and Purchased Life time paint protection and life time paint finish protection, paid a lot of money for this, and they denied the claim because they said it doesn’t cover clear coat

My wife and I decided to buy a new car 2 weeks ago, my wife went to our closest Toyota dealer 1st but was told by a sales person that she should bring her husband back when you are ready to buy a car, we didn't end up buying from that dealer and ended up buying the car up the road from Ken Mills Toyota at Maroochydore.
