I am new to the area and I have quite a complicated medical history. As a result I have felt previous doctors have dismissed my problems. I saw a South African Dr at this surgery and he was great. He spent a long time with me and totally took on my difficulties. He's also changed my treatment and it's made a huge difference to my quality of life. I feel lucky to have found him. The reception staff were nice too.

Visiting for a sick child i was very happy with the attention received to us by the dr. Although they were very busy and the dr was running late as a result-the staff were pleasant and professional and our needs were attened to efficciently and we were also bulk billed which is great when you have children

I recently had to go to the doctors and chose to go to Kenmore Medical center. I was kept waiting for around half an hour and when I saw the doctor, I had to get a second opinion because they didn't know what was wrong. Every time I have been to the center, I have waited at least 20mins to see a doctor (with an appointment).

I especially like the baby clinic facility that is run at this practice. The Nurses are knowledgable, kind and supportive. The doctor i see is very thorough, i always feel she has my best intrests in mind although she seems very busy.
