Booked an additional TV point installation, after 1 1/2 hours the tech didn't arrive. I called the office, spoke with a surly receptionist who told me that the job had been cancelled due to weather and did I want to re-schedule? No notifications, no apologies, no customer service.
Needless to say, I declined to re-schedule.
