We were very happy with the service and quality of our mirrored wardrobe doors. Pakenham Doors and Screens responded promptly, turned up at the arranged time and notified us beforehand when there was a change. The doors were installed with the minimum of fuss and work well.

I had a negative experience with this company as a whole. To put it simple,
I was quoted $780 for a security door, and was told over the phone that
this was the price for a door that's under three meters "which mine
is" but, once the installer did his estimate he decided to charge $920. I
also did my research, and found that $780 was the correct charge for a 316
marine grade mesh security door of my size, and was told that the $920 I
was going to be charged was laughable. I would not recommend Pakenham
Security Doors and Screens.

It is unfortunate that you feel your brief experience with us was negative. As you can see by our 5 star rating and our many positive reviews (from actual customers), we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. When quoting over the phone our price for a standard door (2100 x 850) is $790. Not under 3 metres or $780 as you were quoted therefore maybe the price you received was from another company. We attempted on many occasions to contact you to clarify these discrepancies, however you did not return our calls or emails. We wish you well with whatever company you decided to go ahead with.
