A complicated install on an unfamiliar brand of windows and doors. Always contactable and willing to work around problems. Gil worked carefully with the window company to ensure a successful job. Only disappointment was the timing of our visit to the showroom. This coincided with an updating of the displays so some of the screens we wanted to see were not on display. As an example of the good service, black door closers and fittings on white doors were happily replaced with white ones when these became available.
