After Rentokil let me down earlier this year I had Kevin Joyce come out, they acted very quickly, discovered an active termite problem and treated within a few days using the best chemicals. These guys know what they’re doing, will definitely be using them again and will be referring them to anyone who asks.

Called around to get a few quotes to deal with some red backs I had around my unit. Kevin Joyce was the cheapest so I went with them. They were friendly on the phone and organised an appt for the next day. They technician did a treatment and was really quick. The next day no more red backs and a few dead cockroaches as well (bonus). Would definitely recommend.

I love these guys! They are always so helpful and responsive. They are always willing to do whatever it takes and always come out between applications for any situation that arrises. They take care of my house as if it is their own and I so appreciate that.

Unethical, unreliable company. They conducted a full treatment in our complex and after one year they returned for the inspection. However, they never provided us with test reports for the inspected townhouses. We reported new termite activities after 18 months of the full chemical treatment and they didn't stand for their warranty term, charging us for reapplication of the chemical treatment that has a 10 years warranty.

Guy showed up over 30 minutes late without calling to let us know he was running late. Not even an apology. After the job was completed, there were still live cockroaches roaming the house 2-3 weeks later. Complained and they said they'd send out a complimentary follow up spray. True to form, they showed up 30 minutes late AGAIN without calling. I pointed out to the technician that he was late. His response was that it wasn't his problem and that he should have finished work for the day already but was filling in for someone. I've had pest control done with other companies many times before and haven't had such issues.
