Have been with Kevin Paisley for quite a few years now, service has always been fantastic, but this week I took frames that I had hardly worn to have updated lenses put in. Ryrie St told me that the frame was outdated and would not probably sustain having new lenses put in when heated.
Was then in Westfield and on the off chance visited the KP store there, their comment was the frames were in good condition and would be fine to have new lenses. Have picked up old frames with new lenses today and totally satisfied. Were Ryrie St wanting to up sell and get a sale of frame and lenses??? Quite disappointed with service!

My wife and I have been with Kevin Paisley for over 10 years and we have found the team there to be so helpful and they have a fantastic range, we have used 2 other companies in the past but find Kevin Paisley perfect for us and would highly recommend them too anyone.

I had been to a cheaper optometrists with a disastrous outcome so returned to Kevin Paisleys where they gave me a great outcome and even gave me the Health Fund equivalent rebate (which they couldn't claim as I'd already claimed that at the place I "shouldn't have gone to").

They do a thorough eye examination and the guy I see is really lovely. Is Scottish and I love his accent! Also the shop staff are very patient, as I take forever to pick out frames.
