I called up this company at 5:30am on Tuesday morning as their website says they have 24/7 customer service. A rude man picked up. I said "I thought you had 24 hour service?" and he said literally "not at the moment, call us later" in a very rude manner. Not even a sorry.
Why would you say you have 24 hour service when you don't?
The fact that they don't even match the basic fact on the website makes me not trust this company and I would not call them back again...Ridiculous
