The actual removalists did a great job. Was on the phone with the office for a long time discussing the move and my goods. I wanted 12T truck but convinced a 10T would suffice. I was not offered a home inspection. I would have taken the option to ensure everything fit in the truck. Not all our goods fit in the truck provided and we had to return and move some things on our own. Not what you want to be doing a day after the big move. Make sure you know what size of truck you need and insist on it. Back end organisation needs to be more effective.

This is the second time we have used Kevin Removals and both times we have had great removalists who have been very friendly, polite and efficient. Items we were worried about moving were handled with care throughout the entire move. Very lovely to deal with, would 100% use again and highly recommend :)

I would like to forward my appreciation to these two men you have working for you. They should be proud of themselves for the job they do. Not only was nothing to much trouble but they also assisting in keeping the parents calm on the day by advising them that they had been very organised (which was a load of my back)
These two guys pumped through the move, even in the horrible weather. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
I have praised these two men and your company since the move to others. So thank you to you and these two men for making the move of a couple pensioners (that are not well) a smooth transition.

Excellent service, efficfient, happy, good value! Only problem was phone call on Friday saying have to make it 8am instead of 9am we booked long time ago. I got to sleep 3am, so not happy when they got here at 9am after all!
