Guys were awesome, did a great job fitting all our stuff in and moving it safely. Jim was particularly good. Friendly and reassuring.
Only issues were administrative really. When booking the office should have told us about materials charges - at the end they tried to charge us $20 for some tape and bubble wrap. Blankets would have been fine and we would've used our own tape if we knew they charged $20 for it. And they tried to charge us for time they went to get lunch and smokes. If that is meant to be paid for by customer then that should be made clear when booking so proper price comparisons can be made. If not then it shouldn't be charged.
