I wish there were more stars I could click! I've used Kevin Removals a few times now over the years and Anthony and Edward were exceptionally awesome in every way. They arrived early, extremely professional as the packing is quite an Art! they were very polite and personable. I cannot recommend this company enough, I refer them to all my friends and family. They quote for 8 tonne truck with 3 men. I accepted the offer. Then before 3 day of the job, they changed the job with 2 men without having any discussion. I just accepted as I had no time to look for other option. On the day of the job 3 men appeared without any prior notice.

The job start time was from 7:00 am and they appeared around 7:10 am. They finished the job at 10:12 am and on the way to move stuff to new house, they stopped at a cafe and had breakfast. I have no issue for them having breakfast, but even though the actual job time was less than 3 hours, they still charged me for 3 and half hours.

They broke few stuff but when I sent email with all these details to them, they haven't replied me yet even after follow up emails.

The guys are too slow to do the job and they will make sure they charge for 3 hours at-least. I moved all cartoons myself and even after that with 3 men they took 3 hours to move stuff from Clayton to Bentleigh East (just 5kms)

We moved from Mornington to Mornington. We had a packing day and a moving day. The guys were very helpful, a good crew. Packing day required a bit of direction from us, but I suppose that's to be expected. Our two guys packed everything that wasn't nailed down, so make sure you keep them informed as they pack.

The actual move included the two guys who packed the gear, and another three guys. And boy, did we need them. They worked tirelessly and managed to load and unload without a hitch.

I think the best part was the professionalism of Kevin and the way he quoted the job, which gave me confidence that he had an appreciation of the logistics involved. He really did think of everything. We had received some ridiculously lowball quotes and while Kevin's wasn't the cheapest (nor the most expensive), I believe value for money was definitely there. The office staff were courteous and followed up every step of the way before the move.

I would not hesitate to recommend Kevin's Removals and Storage to anyone wanting a good service.

My experience with Kevin Removals was excellent from go to woah. Initial contact was prompt and comprehensive and they followed up with me several times to make sure I had everything I needed to make an informed decision. When I had to change the details at the last minute they were prompt in confirming those changes and great to deal with. On the day the team arrived bright & early and worked like Trojans to get my gear packed and unloaded into storage - unbelievable effort. Storage was arranged for my excess items with no drama and Kevin personally followed up with me to check everything was ok. Absolutely brilliant experience - thank you so much!!!!
