Between ourselves, the neighbours and school, we've used this about 5 times. Great for a barbie while you watch over the kids, who always have a great time. Could use a coat of paint and a touch up though.

This is a great party venue run by the Boroondara City Council. You can hire the venue for $210 and this kids can take their bikes or scooters and have a fantastic time. There is an area you can set up food and they also have a built in BBQ that you can use. Kids have a ball and suitable for a range of ages. Little run down and could use a bit of updating however.
