Back windscreen wiper (metal), snapped off in the hands of my 11 year old niece. The car is under 4 years, under warranty. Took it into key motors they refused to even submit my claim originally, finally agreed. The claim (through suburu), was denied. The metal windscreen wiper literally snapped off the car! It was obviously a faulty product as metal should not just snap in the hands of a child. Don’t bother with extended warranty and definitely wouldn’t recommend buying a shoddy suburu. Very disappointed and annoyed.

Very timely repairs and services. Good value. Very professional operation and always leave the car cleaner than when they receive it.
