Excellent treatment of my pets, very understanding when it comes to high unexpected costs,great team of people

My previous dog was looked after by the vet (Dr. Christopher Boemo) for most of his years. Eventually, right up to his last day. He appears to be a caring person both towards the dog and his owner(my self). Now I have a new pup and will go back to him for my pets needs.

I originally went there for a second opinion, the vet made us feel very welcome, he's very fun friendly and professional at the same time, very easy parking, the vet explained everything and layed out all our options.

This veterinary practice was recommended to me as I'm a new Greyhound owner and they specialise in Greys who have specific medical needs. Have only been the once so far, saw Chris and was very impressed, he took the time to explain everything in detail, referring to wall charts etc, actually showing me what to look for. He also checked my dog over thoroughly, didn't just focus on the reason we went in.

Very friendly & professional vets and nurses, attention to detail, genuine staff, always polite, they make you and your pets feel so welcome and cared for .
They have always had a brilliant reputation and they still uphold that.The vets explain everything to you and you arent just rushed out of the consult room.They give you free puppy and kitten packs for new animals that contain heaps of goodies and treats. The place is always so clean and it is easy to drive to with good parking.They send newsletters and vaccination reminders. You can see that they all love animals
