Two new guys have taken over this business and are doing outstanding repairs to my trusted rm Williams shoes.
Restoring everything from the leather soles and Heels. Even the outside leather. I didn’t even ask for that. Highly recommend.

I took my $400 Italian leather business shoes to Key Smith Services to have the soles fixed after another guy in the shopping centre butchered them! Key Smith Services fixed his bodgey job, and provided excellent service and a fair price! I won't take my shoes anywhere else.

worst i have ever been to. i took my WHITE WEDDING SHOES to get felt put on the bottom for dancing at my wedding and when i returned to pick them up the young kid gave me my shoes and there was black colour from felt all over the white satin! he told me it was the boss and he had gone home i was furious. i told him he better get the boss down here to fix my dam shoes now. he rang the boss said i had to wait til tomorrow. i insisted he ring him now and get him here. when arrived he started to abuse me before i even spoke for bringing him back on his day off. i yelled at him to fix my shoes. he told my husband i was a foal mouth and to keep me on a leash he grabbed my shoes and threatened to rip of the felt chop them in half and throw them in the bin and call the police. i of course insisted he did call the police because of his disgusting threats and attutude. he never cleaned my shoes and i had to get new ones DO NOT go here
