walked in here last week to get a bite to eat and shop tables were all dirty with wrappers,food boxes and left over food ,their were about 5 young girls behind the counter talking,on going to the counter there was confusion on who was going to serve me.i ended up ordering and got short changed ,had to tell the girl she still owed me money,had to wait for someone to come and open till to give me my correct change ,then i got ripped off in my meal,as they left out a few things.a girl said she put it in?and she had not.and i had to ask for my drink also.too many staff not communicating in the workplace,then i got shot a dirty look from one of the girls,real nice customer service-not.

Sometimes this store can be super dirty and unhygienic,do not know whether they have just had a busy day or they are understaffed but when i see that it is like this,i just walk out the door and go and buy something else for dinner.

Worst ever KFC. The wait is ridiculously long for chicken. They must still be plucking the chook. Drive through takes longer than eating in. When you order they don’t tell you that you order will take over 20 minutes. For that amount of time your better off going to KFC in the next surbutb. Still waiting for my chicken. True and frustrating experience happening right now right now. Save your money please.

this store is pretty much the norm as far as KFC goes. the service is somethign to be desired leaving two trainees on in the busiest time of the night is not a smart move, and usually the chicken is dry

It was horrible. My coleslaw was not even cold and the expiry date was overdue. There was not enough gravy and so much potato. Chicken was cold. Overall their food was cooked up for too long and being left there. I was not happy.
