It's a pass for me. The service was decent.

Food is always good. Building is being renovated which is awesome as it was dated and old from the 1980's. Just abit expensive for what you get...but yummy otherwise.

Most of the time the food is fresh and hot here but service can sometimes be a bit slow and you can often get staff who don't know what they are doing. More than a few times got home and part of the order is missing.

I have been to this KFC in Cranbourne several times, and unfortunately so often find the service dismal. I always check my order before leaving the store as, almost every other visit they forget a part of my order. If you let them know straight away they will fix the issue, but I always get the impression they just want me out of the store. Th food itself is pretty average for KFC chicken, but can tend to be on the greasy side if you get a bucket or pieces.

The service is lacking. One person serving with 10 people waiting, very poor indeed. Product was average, burger was cold, popcorn chicken was greasy.

Generally pretty good compared to other kfc's. The staff are always so polite and try their best to get your order together quick bit even if they don't at least it's hot when you do get it.

Its kfc what can you say? They have their days where they forget things & food is crappy but most of the time its always been good food at a higher price.

Food cons nice and hot - however watch going through the drive through. Often I get home and find a burger missing, the popcorn chicken only half full and pieces of chickEn missing. Buyer beware when going through the drive through.
