I went there with Tara this afternoon and I had the Original Fillet Burger Hot Rods without lettuce but with large/regular chips and a 7UP and Tara had the Zinger Stacker Burger with Sunkist and I gave her the large chips. The staff were very kind and thoughtful and the service was amazing.

Food is consistently cold or reheated, they always run out of chicken at least an hour before closing, and don't inform you until you've already ordered and paid. Really disappointing. At other times of day before 8:30 pm the food is average and the chips are always either cold or old and gross. We avoid this KFC.

I've visited this store on a few occasions and always left disappointed.
I should perhaps begin by mentioning I am not a huge fan of KFC food in the first place, but there is something about this particular store that I dislike even more.

Last time I visited KFC Dandenong I placed an order for a certain amount of chicken pieces for my family. Only after they had charged me, did they mention that there was a wait time of over an hour due to how busy they were. I had to ask before they were willing to refund me so my family could go elsewhere to purchase food.

During previous visits, I have found the fast food restaurant to be dirty, noisy, overcrowded, and staff to be impolite, trying to rush you away as opposed to providing friendly and detailed service. After the last incident, I am unlikely to return here.

very disappointed in the service at kfc my friend and i were waiting 15 minutes before we got served and no one was in front of us all i wanted to buy was a krusher put would have only taken them 2 minutes to prepare. my friend said this is ridiculous serves and the manger of kfc said go some where else then didnt even want our money
