Bought the special that was current, and it was missing the cheese, and the bacon was not even half a rasher, absolutely disgraceful could not even get the special correct. Also did not have the hash browns for the Tower Burger, FAIL. This was just the drive thru, I wonder what was going on in store.

This is the worst of all the KFC stores I have been too. They always run out chicken or its dry or they just simply stuff up the order. Not happy Jan.

Almost every time i have been there, they have forgotten one or two items from my order and i had to call them to let them know. The manager then argued that they did give me entire order but after my insisting that they didn't, he then said i had to come down and he will fix the order. Staff is shonky, seems to not really wanting to be there. Most of the staff uniforms were dirty, need to pick up their act.

I have never been to this store and seen it clean.
There is always a wait for your food and then you have to clean a table to sit at it. Worst kfc i have ever been to.

This is a usually a great meal but yesterday was positively the worst, I ordered a large chips and a snack box with the drumstick, the chips were awful they had a re-heated taste and you could see that they had been sitting there for ages and when it came to the snack box, I clearly explained that it was a drumstick but was given popcorn chicken, then just had my change thrown at me, I will never go back to this store.
