A disappointing experience, waited 30 minutes to be served only to get cold chips, stale bread rolls and wraps - which we did not realise until we got home. To top it all off we all experienced stomach upsets later.

Love KFC but they have no eftpos in the drive through and the sign is very small so once you are in it amkes it very difficult to back out if you don't have cash. Twister wrap was not fresh.

The last time i was at KFC it was a most disappointing visit, they have staff that is too young to be working there (so they can pay less in wages) & only 1 trained older person who himself was only about 20, they were understaffed & very busy, i went in the shop not the drive through, even still they got my order wrong, i discovered this when i got home, so i could not be bothered to go back to complain. It will be a long time before i go back to the Gungahlin kfc store. (not without checking my order before i accept it & i leave the store)

When I lived North side was often left standing waiting for service while staff talked with each other. Nearly always asked for new chips as often they were cold.

Once we got the chicken wings from it, and some of the wings even hadn't been cooked through yet, and after had the wings, me and my sister felt cautious and vomited badly. however it is only happened once, most of times, their food are ok.
