The staff were very friendly but the food is yummy...the no nutritional value type of yummy

I have been here a few times and nearly every order the staff has forgotten to put something i have ordered in when i have gone though drive though and the staff dont seem to know how to smile.
I have always been a KFC lover but i rarely have it these days as it never seems to be drained properly. The outside KFC at Lakehaven always seems to be extra greasy. I dont know if they dont drain long enough and cook smaller quantities to lessen waste or what but we have stopped going there for this reason. Staff are bland, really dont seem to like their jobs either.
i agree. although the staff seem better at the outside KFC
love it!!!! staff can be slow sometimes. but the food makes up for it. never a problem when i ask for extra seasoning, always happy to oblige. i would definitely go back.

we had a lovely time at lakehaven kfc we purchased the family pleaser meal the chichen was the best we had from here for a while freshly cooked the service was good didnt have to wait long the children enjoyed there time there and would go a gain clean&tidy

VERY slow service - waited for nearly 1/2hr in drive thru to even order and it's not like you can get out of the line to go elsewhere as it is all fenced off. The service was very slack with the manager unpacking water into the fridge in the way of her staff gathering food for customers. The other staff were ok. Food was pretty good but could have been fresher with the amount of time we had to wait.
I never like going to the outside store.
the managers and staff always look very untidy and always afraid i am going to find some type of facial hair in my food, as they allow staff including managers to grow untidy bushy facial hair. yuck
SERIOUSLY hire new staff, every single time i go there they get my order wrong. The foods is great but the service is terrible.

Staff were ignorative and food was old.. I asked for replacement and got the same crappy food that I got the first time.. Talking with manager did not solve the problem. Floors and tables were unclean.

Great food, Good service. Better than most kentuckies ive been to. Though they worker didnt seem to know much about their own menu.
