Service is ok. Store way too small! Always plenty of stuff ups with orders & value can leave something to be desired. Customer service is generally with a smile though. Store is generally always clean & drive thru is fast. They have eat in & take away facilities. Parking is pretty good with plenty of spots all around the store & room for big trucks to park.

They are always slow with taking orders, and getting orders back to you. Never get things right, chips always are yuck!

This is one of the worse KFC restaurants I think I have ever experienced. We are locals and avoid eating there, as each time we have been there have been long delays, errors with our orders and sub-par service from staff. If you can stand the doof doof music played by the night time staff across the restaurant speakers in your sometimes half hour wait, you're all ready doing well.
One visit we returned home to find that one of the burgers we ordered was missing it's chicken fillet entirely. Another visit, we ordered the chicken fillets on their own, and received burgers and upon return of the burgers opened the box to discover that the staff had solved the issue by unwrapping the burgers and throwing the fillets into a box, where they still had mayonnaise and lettuce stuck all over them. When we called to complain we were treated rudely and were begrudgingly given new ones, and also had to request new chips as the ones we had bought were now stone cold due to the wait for the replacements. Our family will not be eating there again.
